Merchandise being returned to Tradekraft for any reason must have the return merchandise authorization number (RMA Number) displayed on package being returned. RMA Number is obtained by contacting Tradekraft by email and requesting a return merchandise authorization number (RMA Number), prior to returning merchandise to Tradekraft. Returned Merchandise received without RMA Number and/or received after 10 days will only be eligible for store credit and subject to 30% restocking fee. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION ON ALL RETURNS AND SALES ! In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and Tradekraft which cannot be resolved by negotiation, and in the event the Buyer undertakes to sue Tradekraft in a court of law, then it is hereby stipulated that venue for any such action shall be only in Kern County, State of California.
